Hot New Dinosaur Toys For 2012
There are just so many neat dinosaur toys available for this Christmas (2012), it’s hard to know where to begin.
Here’s my pick of the hottest dinosaur toy ranges:
VTech Switch and Go Dinos
Launched in 2011, these toys continue to grow in popularity.
The range features different sizes (and priced) dinosaurs, that all convert between a dino and a vehicle. They have pre-programmed phrases and sound effects, and the LED panel displays facial expressions.
Brok the Brachiosaurus Dinosaur (pictured), $50 is the newest edition and largest VTech Dino to date.
A range of Dino focussed LEGO sts launched in 2011.
Great for older Dino fans who will enjoy building the more complex models, then display them in their bedrooms.
Set pictured is the TRex Hunter, $70.
There are 7 sets currently available, ranging in price from $12 to $100.
Imaginext from Fisher Price
Imaginext is my favorite toy brand.
It’s not cheap, but every toy we’ve bought has had excellent play value and durability.
There are a few chunky, feature-packed dinosaurs in the Imaginext range.
The latest addition is the Allosaurus (pictured), $28.
Other great brands to look out for include Dinosaur Train and Animal Planet Micro Kingdom.
